Marla E. Schechter has been practicing U.S. immigration and citizenship law for 17 years. She is determined to obtain excellent results in every case, and thus only takes on cases she is confident will be approved.
Ms. Schechter has been an attorney since 1989. A graduate of both the University of California at Berkeley as well as the Duke University School of Law, Ms. Schechter holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, as well as both a J.D. in Law and an LL.M in Foreign and International Law, and is admitted to practice law in the State of California. Ms. Schechter is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
